PAIVUS Ltd develops the PAIVUS Hospitality Intelligence Platform and ARK, its intelligence core. References to “PAIVUS”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy mean PAIVUS Ltd.

This policy applies to personal information collected through paivus.com, strategic briefing requests, founding-partner enquiries, company communications and use of PAIVUS services where PAIVUS determines how and why personal information is processed.

Depending on how you interact with PAIVUS, we may collect:

• organisation information, including company name, hospitality model, market, portfolio size and role;
• enquiry information, including your operating priorities, current technology environment and preferred meeting details;
• account and service information where you are authorised to use a PAIVUS product or controlled pilot;

Guests seeking to exercise rights relating to a reservation or stay should normally contact the hospitality organisation with which they interacted.

We may share personal information only where reasonably necessary with:

• service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, communications, security, analytics and business operations;
• professional advisers, auditors, insurers and financial service providers;
• authorities, regulators or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights; and

PAIVUS does not sell personal information.
